Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operations and management of the club house, including planning all club house activities in high-end standard into the club house.
  • Responsible for all general club operations including maintenance, marketing, housekeeping and events facilities
  • Deliver luxurious residential standard of service to resident and guest
  • Supervise and manage the frontline team

Requirements:
  • Tertiary education or above in club management or Hospitality related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years’ working experience in club operations and management, with at least 3 years in managerial level in residential club is preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skill, leadership and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Pre-opening experience for high-end residential club is a definite advantage

Less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Manager - Club

Work Location: Tai Po
