Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a smooth operation of the F&B outlets
  • Provide high quality services and maintain a good relationship with club members
  • To ensure the high level of hygiene and quality standard for the F&B outlets
  • Prepare high standard beverage and serves the members including the cashier
    Requirements:
  • Form 5 or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • 5 years of Food and Beverage working experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory level
  • Knowledge of club membership, beverage purchasing is preferred
  • Enthusiastic, leadership skill with excellent service-oriented personality
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

    Working Location: Discovery Bay
