Principal / Senior Officer – Property Management (Commercial) (Ref: HKRL/SOP/W)

The major purpose of this position is to ensure the smooth operation of a commercial building. It would include day-to-day coordination in various aspects such as building maintenance, tenants’ relationships and participate in ad-hoc projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Manager to deliver quality property management services, including maintenance, security, cleaning, customer services and etc to the assigned commercial properties
Handling customer inquires, complaints and emergency incident;
Perform administrative duties including procurement, insurance reporting and other ad hoc duties.
Assist in organizing, coordinating and supporting various activities in the assigned properties
Maintain positive relationship with the tenants
Collaborate with other stakeholders of the assigned properties
Requirements:
Holder of Degree or Diploma in Property / Housing Management or related disciplines with a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in the property management industry, preferably in commercial properties;
Holder of PMP License (Tier 1 / Tier 2) is preferred;
Mature, independent and able to work under pressure;
Self-motivated, service-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Chinese.
Less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Officer – Property Management
