Principal / Senior Officer – Property Management (Commercial) (Ref: HKRL/SOP/W)

The major purpose of this position is to ensure the smooth operation of a commercial building. It would include day-to-day coordination in various aspects such as building maintenance, tenants’ relationships and participate in ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager to deliver quality property management services, including maintenance, security, cleaning, customer services and etc to the assigned commercial properties
  • Handling customer inquires, complaints and emergency incident;
  • Perform administrative duties including procurement, insurance reporting and other ad hoc duties.
  • Assist in organizing, coordinating and supporting various activities in the assigned properties
  • Maintain positive relationship with the tenants
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders of the assigned properties

    Requirements:

  • Holder of Degree or Diploma in Property / Housing Management or related disciplines with a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in the property management industry, preferably in commercial properties;
  •  Holder of PMP License (Tier 1 / Tier 2) is preferred;
  • Mature, independent and able to work under pressure;
  •  Self-motivated, service-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Chinese.

    Less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Officer – Property Management
