Senior Manager / Senior Executive Manager - Corporate Communications (Ref: HKRI/SEMCC/W)

To contribute to the timely evolution of overall corporate communication strategies and to lead the development of effective campaigns and implementation of agreed initiatives, in order to continuously project a positive image for the Group, its subsidiaries, products & services, to safeguard the Group's reputation and to maintain productive communications with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Enhance corporate image and branding through managing communications collateral, organizing PR events, monitoring market trends for risks and opportunities, supporting crisis communication and handling media and stakeholder inquiries
- Lead the development of the Group’s ESG practices by promoting ESG awareness internally, coordinating with business units on regulatory compliance, managing data collection and producing annual ESG reports
- Strengthen public relations and Group’s branding by developing media outreach strategies, preparing communications tools, managing media activities in Hong Kong and coordinating accurate responses to media inquiries
- Support Sales & Marketing by strategizing PR campaigns, developing communication materials, fostering collaboration with marketing teams and providing on-site support during new sales launches
- Strengthen community relations and support future projects by collaborating with the DB Community Relationship team to monitor discussions, maintain community websites, and assist in handling resident enquiries and complaints
- Manage the team by providing guidance, coaching and timely feedback to ensure high performance and continuous development
- Participate in other duties or projects as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in related disciplines, preferably in Journalism, Communication, Public Relations, Languages or Social Sciences
- Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience in communications and public affairs, preferably gained from sizable or public organisations; established local media network is a advantage
- Production Experience in digital content development and multimedia is a plus
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
- High Proficiency with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Knowledge in graphic design, video editing software and AI applications will be an advantage
- A mature, self-motivated good team leader & player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills and is able to perform under pressure and tight timeline
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
(Candidates with less experience would be considered for the post of Senior Manager - Corporate Communications)
