The incumbent is responsible to recruit new providers (GP, SP and physiotherapists) and to maintain relationship to all providers.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointment and arrange meeting with provider and their clinic staff
• Conduct regular on-site visits and present services to service provides
• Perform clinic accreditation to meet with selection requirement by insurers
• Provide on-board training to clinic staff for all insurance card acceptance guidelines
• Follow through the confirmation of Services Agreement with the providers

Requirements:

• HKDSE / HKCEE or above
• 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare insurance market or healthcare provider field
• Strong communicate and presentation skills
• Customer-focused and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese and English, good command of Mandarin would be an advantage
