The incumbent will assist in general office administration works and handling telephone enquiries

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clerical and administration support on daily operation including answer incoming calls, prepare reports, maintain filing system
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • HKDSE or above
  • 1 year clerical experience (working experience in property management will be advantage but not essential)
  • Customer-oriented and a good team player
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

Working Location: Tsuen Wan
