Associate Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing (Ref: HKRI/ASM-S&M/W)

The incumbent will be responsible for preparing sales documents and arrangements, exploring sales initiatives, structuring pricing, monitoring market trends, connecting with property agencies, managing sales office and sales operations, and providing training to the sales operation team on residential project details.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales and operations of residential properties, including planning and implementation of sales programs
  • Develop and manage sales materials, including but not limited to sales brochures, sales documents and arrangements to ensure compliance with the related legislations and regulations
  • Explore and develop new opportunities with business partners
  • Conduct market research, provide analysis reports, and manage sales reports and records
  • Formulate and execute new sales strategies and initiatives
  • Prepare the agency deck and incorporate a call-to-action message to boost sales
  • Coordinate and build relationships with property agencies, conduct project previews and agency briefings
  • Work on pricing structuring and prepare price lists
  • Provide training to the sales operation team on the selling points and sales documents of residential projects

Requirements:
  • Degree or above in Surveying / Business Administration / Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in market research of real estate market and/or sales & marketing of first-hand residential property sales
  • Good knowledge of the residential market and its movement and trends
  • Excellent command of computer skills especially MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese/Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, independent, and responsible
  • Able to meet tight schedules and work under pressure
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
