Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales brochures by working with consultants and internal teams for checking, vetting, approval, and delivery at each sales venue and SRPA office
• Draft and prepare sales documents and coordinate with internal and external legal for approval
• Work on pricing structuring and prepare price list
• Coordinate with property agency for project preview and conduct agency briefing
• Monitor property market trends for the residential market and provide research information and analysis regularly
• Provide training to the sales operation team for the projects’ selling points and sales documents

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Surveying / Business Administration / Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in market research of real estate market and/or sales & marketing of first-hand residential property sales
• Good knowledge of the residential market and its movement and trends
• Excellent command of computer skills especially MS Excel & PowerPoint
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese/Mandarin
• Self-motivated, independent, and responsible
• Able to meet tight schedules and work under pressure
