The incumbent will perform duties and responsibilities mainly on HR account servicing including recruitment, employment, HR related administrative support, and compensation & benefits covering the HR monthly payroll computation and leave administration, generate payroll related reports, prepare tax documents, and assist in deployment of HR Information System.  He / she will also provide other analytical and administrative support.

    • Support recruitment, employment related processes and daily HR administration tasks.
    • Handle HR operations including monthly payroll calculation, tax filings, MPF, leave and fringe benefits administration
    • Support all annual processes including annual group medical & dental renewal, annual tax filing, rental reimbursement application, contract end and renewal, gratuity computation
    • Maintain staff records and update the HRIS system
    • Handle ad hoc analysis, reports and/or projects as assigned by supervisor
    • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
    • 2 - 5 years’ relevant experience in payroll and benefits administration gained from sizable organizations
    • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations
    • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
    • Strong numerical sense and meticulous
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and HR Information System
    • Candidates with less relevant experience will be considered as Assistant Officer – Human Resources
