The main responsibility of the incumbent is to perform detailed requirements analysis, documentation, project management and user acceptance test. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and implementing solutions
• Managing projects, collaborating with vendors, business users and IT teams to achieve results
• Assisting review of business processes and developing optimization strategies
• Staying up-to-date with modern IT technologies and provide advice to improve ITsystems continuously

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Systems, Information Management or related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience playing the role as IT business analyst
• Work experience on IT system implementation
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps platform or other workflow solutions will be an advantage
• Effective business analysis skills
• Good analytical thinking and documentation abilities
• Willingness to take initiative and good team player
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• PMP will be an advantage
