The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in local and overseas property development projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years draftsman experience in architectural, electrical/mechanical or interior design firms;
• Good PC knowledge in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc;
• Experience in preparation of submission plans to Buildings Department, tender drawings, project co-ordination will be an advantage;
• Applicants with electrical/mechanical drafting experiences will be given priority;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Working Location: Sheung Wan
