The incumbent will work independently to manage and supervise internal and external project teams for various projects. He/she shall be responsible for the cost, time and quality of projects and to provide directions to various project teams so as ensure the projects will be completed on time within pre-approved budget and with good design quality.

    • Responsible for the development of overall project quality
    • Conduct feasibility studies of any potential opportunities and make recommendation to Company
    • Supervise and control development budget and programme and giving direction to the teams to avoid and manage any risks
    • Supervisor and coordinate with internal project teams, consultants and contractors performance
    • Closely coordinate and liaise with internal departments, Business Units and government departments as necessary
    • Coordinate and handle the requirements and queries of any JV partner
    • Give advice to Senior Management in terms of improving performance and working efficiency

    • Degree holder in Architecture or related disciplines
    • Minimum 15 years of work experience in managing various type of local projects, especially hotel and at least 5 years in senior management role
    • Registered or qualified architect, i.e. member of HKIA, RIBA, etc.
    • Qualified Authorized Person under HK Buildings Ordinance
    • Solid experience in various type of developments, including hotel, clubs, residential and commercial
    • Good knowledge of local statutory requirements (including Building Department and Lands Department) of full cycle property development
    • Relevant experience in managing construction contracts and contractors
    • Strong sense of responsibility and ‘Can Do’ attitude
    • Good command of communication skills and proficient in both English and Chinese

Working Location: Primary in Sheung Wan and occasionally travel to Discovery Bay or other sites as required
