Senior Manager / Associate Senior Manager – Human Resources (Ref: HKRI/SMASMHR/W)

The incumbent will support General Manager - Group Human Resources to plan and manage human resources and people development initiatives to ensure effective organizational structure with optimum level of competent and motivated staff are maintained at all times to achieve strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead one of the HR teams to provide overall planning and management of human resources services to Business Units including business partnering, change management, employee engagement, manpower planning and management, performance management, project management, talent acquisition, talent review and succession planning.
- Contribute and manage the Group Human Resources initiatives in transformation, standardization and alignment tasks.
- Review the operating environment and competitive activities to explore new opportunities to further support its HR objectives to benefit the business.
- Participate in and contribute to the review and development of group human resources strategies, policies and procedures to ensure the requirements of the Business Units and the Company as a whole are properly interpreted and achieved.
- Develop team members and promote synergies and teamwork across HR teams.
- Ensure compliance with prevailing regulations.
- Act as a change agent to promote the group’s initiatives in cultivating a corporate culture.
- Handle other special assignments as assigned by the Senior Management.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- Around 10 – 12 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Relevant experience gained in sizeable organizations is highly preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation to handle the complex situation and recommend effective solutions.
- High integrity & ethic and compliance mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, including Words, Excel and Powerpoint and preparing various reports / presentations for Management’s review.
Candidates with more years of relevant experience will be considered as Senior Manager.
Working Location: Discovery Bay
