Responsibilities:
  • Manage Help Desk operations with internal and secondment staffs
  • Provide secretarial support to executive;
  • Take care of administrative matters of the department;
  • Manage IT hardware and software inventory and licence, arrange regular stock taking;
  • Liaise with suppliers in procurement of IT equipment / services.

Requirement:
  • Degree/ Diploma holder in Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferably in sizeable organization;
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English;
  • Knowledge in IT and PC software will be a definite advantage;
  • Good inter-personal skill, mature, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

Working location: Tsuen Wan
