Reports directly to the Manager of Human Resources & Administration, the incumbent will oversee the full spectrum of administrative services and facilities management services in line with the Group’s corporate strategies and business objectives. He or she will supervise a team to handle and manage administration, staff quarter and facility services and in charge of office administrative duties for 3 office locations and relevant internal procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.

 Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team to provide administrative and facility management services, including but not limited to office supplies, mailing logistics arrangement, office renovation, equipment and maintenance as well as company’s activities
  • Ensure offices in Discovery Bay/Sheung Wan/Tsuen Wan, staff quarters and site area and other major company properties are functioned efficiently; effectively manage staff quarters in Discovery Bay in accordance with the Company’s policies and regulations
  • Monitor and ensure adequate resources of manpower, equipment and facilities are available to meet the requirements of the Company
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecast plans; monitor expenditure to ensure maximum control of budget
  • Monitor and coordinate various office space, relocation planning and relevant logistics
  • Manage, review and evaluate contract service provision; monitor service level of service providers and vendors in compliance with the Company’s standards and regulations
  • Regularly review workflow, systems and procedures and execute action plans to enhance operational efficiency
  • Compile departmental monthly/annual performance and other management reports as required
  • Organize annual activities and other company functions as required
  • Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 6-8 years’ relevant work experience; preferably gained from sizable companies;
  • Well organized, self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and detail-minded with “Can Do” attitude;
  • Advanced PC skills including MS Office, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Ability to utilize resources and manage a team by providing leadership and guidance;
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Manager.
