Reporting to Senior Principal Manager - Sales & Marketing, this incumbent will be responsible for preparing sales documents and arrangements, exploring sales initiatives, structuring pricing, monitoring market trends, connecting with property agencies and business partners, managing sales office and sales operations, and providing training to the sales operation team on sales system and residential project details.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of sales programs to achieve business targets
  • Develop and manage sales materials, including but not limited to sales brochures, sales documents and arrangements to ensure compliance with the related legislations and regulations
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with business collaborators to expand market reach and sales potential
  • Perform market analysis, prepare detailed reports, and maintain accurate sales records to support strategic decision-making
  • Design and implement innovative sales initiatives to drive growth and improve market competitiveness
  • Develop compelling presentations and marketing materials aimed at motivating property agents and boosting sales performance
  • Coordinate and build relationships with property agencies
  • Work on pricing structuring and price lists preparation
  • Provide training to the sales operation team for the use of sales system, on the selling points and sales documents of residential projects

Requirements:
  • Degree or above in Surveying / Business Administration / Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in market research of real estate market and/or sales & marketing of first-hand residential property sales
  • In-depth understanding of market trends, pricing, and sales incentives specific to Hong Kong’s residential sector
  • Familiarity with legal requirements and compliance related to first-hand residential property sales in Hong Kong
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions, data analysis, and creating impactful presentations; able to integrate data across platforms effectively
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese/Mandarin
  • Demonstrates initiative and accountability in managing tasks and projects with minimal supervision
  • Proven track record of delivering quality results within deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Candidate with more experience with be considered as Associate Senior Manager
