The incumbent will provide administrative support to the daily operations.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Handle vouchers, invoices, payment and settlement to ensure all transactions are processed in compliance with company requirements and timeline.
  • Handle customers’ hotline enquiries and pre-authorization request
  • Prepare regular reports and participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
 
Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willing to work on Saturday
 
Work Location: Tsuen Wan
