This incumbent will handle sales and marketing related activities in related to first-hand property sale.

Responsibilities:

• Support and execute a full spectrum of branding, marketing and promotional initiatives to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and smooth execution of marketing plans
• Keep track on the residential market trends and developments in local property market
• Conduct market research and analysis on property market and compile reports regularly
• Successful partnership with both external and internal professionals to deliver accurate materials

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ Sales and Marketing experience in real estate market and/or related field
• Sound knowledge and experience in Marketing, Advertising and PR for property sales projects
• Good understanding on Hong Kong property market and The Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese/Mandarin
• Excellent command of computer skills especially MS Excel & PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, independent and responsible
• Able to meet tight schedule and work under pressure
