The incumbent will be responsible for the management, planning and administrative functions of the Group's archive / library and information services

  • Supervise and establish the workflow of the library service e.g. cataloguing, information services and library systems;
  • Maintain good physical storage of key materials/ files relating to the archive which are in a variety of formats;
  • Work closely with the IT team and external vendors to establish and maintain an online version of the Group's archive / library, including through online platform and media such as corporate website;
  • Develop and upkeep comprehensive guidelines for material contribution and the usage of corporate archive/ library;
  • Ensure the archive / library is updated timely with the support of other Business Units and corporate functions;
  • Oversee and increase the overall work efficiency of information update for other online / offline corporate marketing aids, including corporate website, business presentations, etc.

  • Degree in Library or Information Science or related discipline and a professional qualification (e.g., MLS, MCLIP, AALIA);
  • 10 years’ relevant working experience in the role of controller / knowledge management gained from sizable organizations;
  • Hands-on experience and work knowledge in information management, library services and cataloguing resources;
  • Good computer knowledge and proficient in a range of computer applications;
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese;
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
