Assistant Officer - Community Relations (Ref: SML/AOCR/W)

The incumbent will be responsible for organizing community events with the perspective of maintaining a harmonic living environment to the residents. Liaison with Government departments, external working partners and in-house operation units will be the daily business mode.

Requirements:
  • Undergraduate preferably in linguistic or communication studies
  • Fresh graduates with optimistic and “always-can-do” character are welcomed
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese and knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing. Good Photoshop skills or other design software is preferable
  • Good listening and translation skill for taking residents’ meeting minutes also mature, pleasant and confident in dealing with public
  • Able to work under pressure and to meet deadline and willing to work after office hours, Sundays and Public Holidays for events

(Candidate who is more experience will be considered as Officer - Community Relations)

Work Location: Discovery Bay
