This incumbent is responsible for assisting in goods handling, managing inventory processes, and providing administrative support within the Procurement & Store Department.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in inventory system testing
  • Assist in organizing, supporting goods handling, and managing inbound and outbound processes
  • Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy in warehouse inventory levels
  • Input order and inventory data into computer systems to maintain up-to-date records
  • Maintain good communication with various departments to coordinate warehouse activities efficiently
  • Perform daily warehouse operation at multi-warehouse locations such as Discovery Bay & Tsing Yi
  • Provide administrative support to the Department and participate in ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:
  • University student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related discipline
  • Responsible, self-motivated, detail-minded and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including English and Chinese word processing, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Available to work for full-time (Monday to Friday) during the contract period
