Responsibilities:
  • To handle enquiries and complaints from shoppers/ tourists in a professional manner;
  • To perform other administrative duties as assigned;
  • Shift duty on Sundays and public holidays is required.

Requirements:
  • Form 5/ HKDSE/ Diploma holder;
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred;
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good command in both spoken & written English and Chinese (Mandarin);
  • Basic knowledge in general computer operation.

Work Location: Tsuen Wan
