Public Skating Assistant (Ref: HKRC/PSA/W)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality customer service in cashier and skating school counter
  • Responsible for class scheduling, coach arrangement and other related issues
  • Handle customer enquiries at the skating school counter or telephone
  • Assist in organizing or operating all the events and programs in the rink
  • Perform other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

      • Form 5 graduated or above
      • 1-2 years relevant work experience
      • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
      • Working on weekends and festive seasons may be required when necessary
