The incumbent will report to the General Manager of Group Human Resources and responsible for the full-spectrum of Group C&B duties to meet business strategy and group culture.
Responsibilities
    • Lead a small team to handle the full spectrum of group-wide compensation and benefits programs for Hong Kong and Southeast Asia including payroll, taxation, medical insurance renewal, annual manpower budget planning, annual salary review, bonus exercise and others C&B related projects.
    • Review and facilitate implementation of C&B policies and procedures, workflow and practices. Ensure that the company comply to local regulatory standards and corporate alignment.
    • Perform job evaluation, compensation survey, salary benchmarking and related cost analysis, to recommend and implement a competitive C&B strategy that reflects local needs and respective statutory requirements.
    • Implement process transformation, digitalization and HRIS upgrade.
    • Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements:
    • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
    • Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in local and/or regional C&B management, including minimum 5 years in managerial level.
    • Solid knowledge in statutory and compliance requirements including Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations for HK and Southeast Asia.
    • Experienced in designing, developing and implementing C&B related programs.
    • Hands on, agile, meticulous to details with can-do attitude to drive the changes
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend multiple solutions.
    • Ability to motivate and develop teams to do process-reengineering.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HR Information System.
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
