Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for monitoring daily business and investment portfolios including record-keeping to maintain business records covering real estate, hospitality and sales & marketing areas for both local and overseas markets
  • Explore and identify business opportunities especially asset acquisition in Japan market
  • Monitor of Japan market & provide insights of relevant sectors, competitor actions, new market trends and opportunities in specific segments
  • Be the focal point of contact of the corporate deal and to provide business information to stakeholders or counterparts
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure the smooth operation of portfolios
  • Compile information from various sources to formulate a current picture of the Group and the market
  • Assist in interpretation of data to create strategies for company growth
  • Prepare presentation/meeting materials for regular updates to Senior Management, Boards and various Committees in the Group
  • Follow up with head of departments to ensure proper execution of business plans
  • Adhere to operational procedures to ensure compliance with the company’s guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements

Requirements:
  • Well-organized, able to prioritize assignments and ability to work on multi-task
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability and good interpersonal sensitivity
  • Strong ability to articulate complex issues in a clear and logical manner through written communication. Capable of presenting ideas with minimal guidance from superiors
  • Be able to adept in a changing environment effectively and efficiently
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Proficient in English and Japanese
  • Occasional business travels may be required
