Senior Supervisor - Operation Support (Ref: RCL/SH/W)

Responsibilities:
    • The incumbent will be responsible for daily operation of the Housekeeping Department and ensure of operations efficiency
    • Manage cleaning schedules and duty rosters to deliver quality of service
    • Coordinate work specifications and communication across different departments
    • Cost management of all cleaning equipment and materials
    • Formulate and support club administrative manuals, safety and security issues

Requirements:
    • 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in supervisory level, preferable in hospitality industry
    • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
    • Good PC skills
    • Strong interpersonal skill, leadership and organizational skill
Less experience will be considered as Supervisor - Housekeeping.

Work Location: Discovery Bay
