The incumbent will support the Corporate/Group HR team in delivering full spectrum of HR business partnership to Corporate Office to ensure effective organizational structure and optimum level of competent and motivated staff are maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:
· Assist HR Business Partners for designated portfolios at Group level to provide HR account servicing including but not limited to talent acquisition, onboarding, employee mobility, training and development, performance management and offboarding logistics
· Support employer branding initiatives, including liaison with advertising/social media agencies, educational institutions and recruitment agencies
· Maintain employee database and compile HR analytic reports on a regular basis
· Create and maintain employee records in personal files and HR system
· Participate in annual HR exercises as required
· Perform other job duties and HR activities/projects as assigned

Requirements:
· Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
· Around 4 years of relevant work experience, in particular HR Operations or Business Partnership, preferably gained in sizable organization
· Exposure in overseas business units is an advantage
· Team player with a pleasant and customer-oriented attitude
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of labor law compliance
· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
· Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
· Candidates with less relevant experience will be considered as Officer – Human Resources

Working Location: Sheung Wan and Tsuen Wan
