Secretary (Part-time/Full-time) (Ref: HKRI/SEC/W)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial supports to the Group’s top management
  • Organize daily calendars and coordinate various meetings and appointments
  • Arrange business trips, travel plans and relevant itineraries
  • Provide support in document preparation, formatting, filing and administration of day-to-day activities
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Diploma holder or professionally trained in secretarial duties
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant work experience in sizable corporation; previous experience in office administration is an advantage
  • Well-organized, able to prioritize assignments and work on multi-task
  • Pleasant personality and ability to work under pressure
  • Good language skills in English and Chinese
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Chinese Word Processing

Working hours:
 Part-time: 2 afternoons per week
 Full-time: Monday to Friday at 9:00pm-6:00pm
