Senior Executive Manager - Property Management (Commercial Building) (Ref: HKRL/SMPM/W)

To act as the in-charge person to oversee the commercial portfolio of the Company investment properties. He/She will lead the property management and technical teams to deliver high quality property management services to tenants and customers in collaboration with our internal departments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure the smooth facility management and operation of the 2 teams in various aspects such as repair/maintenance, tenants’ relationships, mall services, security and cleaning and management;
- Allocate optimal resources to facilitate the team coordination and enhance property management service quality;
- Source, manage and evaluate the performance of the contractors / vendors;
- Ensure the compliance of statutory requirements and internal procedures;
- Handle annual budget and maintain proper cost control within the approved budgets;
- Identify and implement initiatives for the continuous improvement for the benefits of the properties;
- Work closely with internal departments for the mall’s services, promotions and site activities;
- Support the Company’s development including renovation and site revamp;
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferably in Property Management or related disciplines with Tier 1 PMP License;
- 15 years relevant work experience with at least 6 years at managerial grade;
- Member of professional property management organization is preferred;
- Proven track record in managing office/shopping mall or a commercial complex;
- Good leadership skills, problem solving skills, highly motivated and possess strong drive for results;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficient in MS Office
Work Location: Tsuen Wan / Discovery Bay
