The incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative and receptionist support for the office.

Working location: Sheung Wan

  • DSE or above;
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in office reception and administration;
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills, customer-oriented;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word processing;
  • Mature, independent and able to deal with people at all levels;
  • Perform outdoor work as required;
  • Immediate available is preferred.
