The incumbent will be responsible for planning and leading the team in the execution of brand and marketing campaigns, events, as well as digital marketing strategies for the destination promotion of Discovery Bay.

Responsibilities:
  • Refresh brand promotion of Discovery Bay to raise awareness, reputation and engagement through professional integrated branding services;
  • Manage portfolio of brand assets, communication materials and social media platforms;
  • Work closely with the team, agencies and tenants for promoting the retail complexes and the destination, and enhancing existing social media performance and engagement activities in Discovery Bay;
  • In-charge of social media planning and execution of online campaigns, including digital marketing strategies, online advertising as well as content management;
  • Provide marketing supports to the property leasing and sales teams, and Auberge Hospitality in achieving business goals;
  • Explore partnership potentials with complementary organisations;
  • Create new attractions, monitor & ensure quality of DB attractions & frontline services; and
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, PR, advertising or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in branding, marketing and event organisation in sizable companies / PR agencies
  • Well experience in brand-building promotion, copywriting, digital and social media marketing
  • Social media savvy and knowledgeable in digital marketing
  • Strong media relations, communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese; and
  • Mature, detail-minded, creative and outgoing
