Associate Senior Officer – Property Management / Associate Officer - Property Management (Commercial) (Ref: CSL/OP/W)

Responsibilities:
  • To closely monitor daily operations of commercial properties including customer services, security, cleaning and facilities management;
  • To maintain good relationship with tenants such as handover and takeover of premises, supervision of their fitout works;
  • To perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:
  • With cheerful character and willing to work in non-traditional properties
  • University graduate in Property Management or related disciplines with 3 years relevant experience;
  • Experience in management of office/ commercial buildings and shopping malls will be an advantage;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in MS office.

Less experience will be considered for the post of Associate Officer – Property Management

Work Location: Discovery Bay
