Officer – IT and Administration (Ref: WPM/OIT/W)

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all IT related activities and budget
  • Hardware & software installation and troubleshooting
  • IT system review and report writing
  • Manage vendors and outsourced resources and coordinate with headquarter IT team
  • Perform ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:
  • Tertiary education or above in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years or above IT support related working experience
  • In-depth knowledge and considerable hands-on working experience on Windows Server and Active Directory Administration, Lotus Domino Server and MS SQL Server are essential
  • Knowledge in software provisioning including app installation and applications, deployment systems, desktop technologies and wireless technologies are desirable
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, able to work both independently and in a team

Work Location: Tai Po
