Our Property Future Innovators – Management Trainee Programme is designed to nurture passionate young talents into professional property managers. What You’ll Do:
As a Management Trainee, you will:
    • Participate in on-the-job training across our properties, including Discovery Bay and other key developments
    • Rotate through core functional teams – Administration, Finance, Security, Works, Landscape, and Community Services
    • Assist in estate operations, including handling residents’ enquiries and coordinating with service providers in different trades
    • Prepare management and incident reports, and support improvement projects for site operations
    • Engage in various community and owners’ meetings, contributing ideas to enhance service standards
Who We’re Looking For:
    • Fresh graduates or have less than 2 years of full-time work experience
    • Hold a recognized Bachelor’s Degree / Associate Degree / Higher Diploma (preferably in Property Management or related disciplines)
    • Communicate well in both English and Chinese, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
    • Strong interest to develop a long-term career in property management industry
