Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring the membership and front desk to ensure effectiveness of the operation
  • Monitor membership application and cancellation to ensure that all procedures are in conformity with club policies
  • Assist in reviewing membership structure and trend so as to execute membership recruitment and retention strategies to maintain steady growth of core revenue for the club
  • Handle other ad-hoc function assigned by supervisor
      Requirements:
    • Degree holder, graduated in Hospitality Management, Marketing or related discipline
    • 2 years relevant experience in hotels or clubs will be an advantage
    • Excellent customer service skills and communication skills, smart and pleasant personality
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
    • Good PC skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
