Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for providing one-stop HR service on recruitment and selection, employee compensation and employee relations to DB Golf Club, DB Recreation Club, DB Ice Rink and Lantau Yacht Club.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• 4 years working experience in Human Resources field;
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance;
• Proficient in application of Microsoft Office;
• Good communication skills, good team player with positive attitude;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft is preferred;
• Immediate available is preferred.

Working location: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island
