The incumbent will be responsible for handling and supervising all matters related to Technical aspects of property management.
 
Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Mechanical / Building Services Studies
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience with at least 3 years in supervisory level in building renovation and project management in Property Management are preferred
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is essential
• Result-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Good Knowledge in Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCad is preferable
