Assistant Manager - Ice Rink (Ref: HKRC/AMIR/W)

Responsibilities:
    • Report to Senior Ice Rink Manager for daily operation and administration support
    • Enhance guests’ experience and satisfaction to maintain a good condition of DB Ice Rink
    • Coordinate variety of promotional events and activities
    • Supervise the figure skating coach, ice skating school and frontline team
    • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:
    • Degree or Diploma holder in Sports Recreation or related disciplines
    • 5 years of ice rink operations and management experience with at least 2 years in supervisory/managerial level in figure skating, skating coaching and ice sports is preferred
    • Outstanding interpersonal communication skill, leadership and organizational skills
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
    • Working on weekends and festive seasons may be required when necessary
