• Establish and implement group level ESG strategies and roadmap, and assist different business units to refine their target deliverables and initiatives to align with Group level directives and targets
• Monitor key ESG performance indicators, coordinate with different business units and consultant for data collection and ESG report preparation.
• Conduct research and analysis on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business operations, policies, and decision-making processes.
• Identify suitable sustainability awards and initiatives for the Company and business units
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate the company's ESG efforts and achievements.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging ESG issues and developments to proactively identify risks and oppo1tunities for the organization.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on ESG principles and practices.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. sustainability, environmental science, business).
• At least 6-8 years of experience in ESG management, sustainability, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines (e.g. ISSB, GRI, SASB, TCFD).
• Experience in developing and promoting internal / external communications materials on sustainability and ESG reports in compliance with related disclosure requirements.
• Familiar with relevant ESG regulations and disclosure requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for sustainability and commitment to d1iving positive social and environmental impact.
• Good communications skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
