Associate Senior Manager - ESG (Ref: HKRI/ASMESG/W)

Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement group level ESG strategies and roadmap, and assist different business units to refine their target deliverables and initiatives to align with Group level directives and targets
- Monitor key ESG performance indicators, coordinate with different business units and consultant for data collection and ESG report preparation.
- Conduct research and analysis on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business operations, policies, and decision-making processes.
- Identify suitable sustainability awards and initiatives for the Company and business units
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate the company's ESG efforts and achievements.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging ESG issues and developments to proactively identify risks and oppo1tunities for the organization.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on ESG principles and practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. sustainability, environmental science, business).
- At least 6-8 years of experience in ESG management, sustainability, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines (e.g. ISSB, GRI, SASB, TCFD).
- Experience in developing and promoting internal / external communications materials on sustainability and ESG reports in compliance with related disclosure requirements.
- Familiar with relevant ESG regulations and disclosure requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for sustainability and commitment to d1iving positive social and environmental impact.
- Good communications skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate Manager / Manager – ESG
