Responsibilities:
· Responsible for managing all improvement, renovation, alteration and repair works of the common facilities and utilities
· Assist manager to procure consultants & contractors for execution of renovation and R&M works, including all documentation, initial analyzing and payment processing
· Supervisor contractors’ execution of renovation and R&M works and mainly monitor the progress, quality and workmanship
· Assist to supervise in-house technicians to carry out job orders and resolve their problems / enquiries
Requirements:
· Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Civil / Building / Surveying / Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
· Minimum 1 year relevant experience in infrastructure / building construction or consultancy, addition and alteration, renovation and installation of building facilities and utilities, preferably in large scale residential estates
· Knowledge/ experience in quantity surveying, contract management, term contract, repair and maintenance, auto-cad and building information modelling will be an advantage
· Self-motivated with analytical mind and good interpersonal skills
· Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Work Location: Discovery Bay
