Reporting to the Senior Manager - Finance & Accounting, the incumbent will be responsible for the full set accounting functions for development costs and property sales of urban projects.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts of designated companies
• Handle accounts payable & receivable
• Prepare management reports
• Supervise the teams to prepare financial report
• Assist in provide statutory reports
• Assist in sub-consolidation of designated companies
• Review tax computation
• Prepare annual budget and forecasting

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting equivalent education
• 5 years of accounting experience with qualified membership of HKICPA / ACCA is preferred
• Well versed with accounting system
• Good team player, good interpersonal skill and attention to details
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office, Word and Excel
