The incumbent will be responsible for providing estate management services, including the handling of residents’ complaints or enquiries, monitoring of daily services and the performance of contractors.

  • Provide professional and high-quality estate management service
  • Keep good relations and communications with residents, handle residents’ enquiries and complaints
  • Monitor security and cleaning contractors’ performance

  • Tertiary educated
  • 2 years relevant working experience
  • Customer-oriented and a good team player
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese

Less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant - Estate
