Systems Analyst (Ref: HKRI/SAT/W)

The main responsibility of the incumbent is to support core internal systems as well as develop and enhance systems for the group and its various business units following directions from his/her supervisor.

Accountabilities
  • Project management including preparation of RFP and RFQ, vendor evaluation and management, system support and system documentation and specifications
  • Application development, design, implementation and support
  • System testing, quality assurance and user training
  • Manage complete software development lifecycle of system implementation projects, including requirements elicitation and prioritization, systems design and development, test documentation, implementation and operational support

Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management for system implementation and practical experience of SDLC
  • Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity
  • Solid experience in web and mobile application development with strong knowledge of databases
  • Experience in SAP S4/HANA is an added advantage
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
