Responsibilities;
- To be accountable for efficient provision of Front Desk by guiding, directing, supervising and participating in the Reception activities
- To develop customer relations by providing effective Front Desk service such as VIPs, special attention customer and regular customers’ requests are being fulfilled
- Share recommendations and customer comments to Duty Manager
Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma in Hotel Management is preferable
- 1 - 3 years' experience in hotel Front Desk would be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office
- Proficient in both spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Guest Service Officer
Working Location: Discovery Bay
