The incumbent will assist in planning and implementing sales launches of all residential developments in compliance with the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and conduct sales launches for existing and upcoming developments, including preparation of marketing material, sales brochures and sales documents/operations, etc.
  • Ensure all promotional materials and sales procedures are abode by the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
  • Drive product planning and provide marketing input for acquisition of new developments of projects
  • Ensure the sales campaign are within approved budget
  • Co-ordinate with internal working parties on relevant sales & marketing information in complying with all statutory requirements
  • Liaise with JV partners for product planning and performance of all sales & marketing related activities as required

Requirements:
  • University graduate in Marketing, Surveying or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years of relevant Sales & Marketing experience in Hong Kong property related field
  • Sound knowledge and experience in Marketing, Advertising and PR for property sales projects
  • Strong in market research, product planning and development, sales and marketing strategy formulation and implementation
  • Knowledge on Residential (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both spoken and written
  • Strong sense of team management and project planning
  • Self-motivated, independent, responsible and flexible
