The incumbent will lead the strategic planning and provide leadership for all business development and sales & marketing related activities for China property and investment for the Group according to the business plan and sales targets. He/she will also take charge of all business development and sales & marketing functions for projects in China (or other countries as assigned) to achieve maximum sales revenue for the Group.

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the formation and execution of business development and sales & marketing strategies in the designated portfolios in China to achieve the sales targets
· Oversee the assigned residential/office properties in China in related to sales & marketing related matters
· Develop and maintain good relations with relevant government officials, business partners, industry counterparts and consultants in order to explore more investment opportunities in China
· Manage feasibility studies or research on residential/industrial/commercial properties for potential acquisitions/new development in China market and the Board’s internal reference
· Deal with land matters and handle valuations of different types of properties in China market as necessary when required
· Plan, organize and implement the marketing campaigns and activities to drive the profitability
· Work closely with business partners and internal departments for sales launch of relevant properties and/or joint-venture projects
· Ensure that the portfolios are fit for purpose to drive strategies and opportunities to maximize the development potential from the various property usages and to enhance the property value
· Ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget and at the highest levels of quality

Requirements:
· Degree in Real Estate or related disciplines
· At least 15 years of work experience in business development and/or sales & marketing functions for China properties in which at least 10 years in supervisory level and relevant experience in other countries i.e. HK, Thailand and Japan is a plus
· Experienced in managing sizable portfolios
· Solid experience and knowledge in China property market as well as other Asia’s market with good market sense
· Good strategic thinking and planning skills
· Excellent coordination and communication skills
· Good analytical skills and leadership skills
· Self-motivated and able to work independently
