Restaurants & Bar Captain / Supervisor (Ref: ADBHK/R&BC/S/W)

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a smooth and efficient daily operation at the restaurant and bar
- Serve food and beverages to guests and make recommendations if needed
- Possess good bar management, cocktail knowledge and customer service skills
- Record transactions in the POS system correctly and timely
- Perform other tasks as assigned with a positive attitude
Requirements:
- Certificate or above in Hospitality or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
- Solution oriented and guest experience focused
- Outgoing, confident and dynamic personality with positive mindset
- Proficiency in spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Putonghua)
- More experiences will be considered as Restaurants & Bar Supervisor
Working Location: Discovery Bay
