DB Ice Rink, sets to open in early 2020, will be the largest international sized ice rink in Hong Kong. It is going to become a destination attraction for figure and ice hockey skaters and families in Hong Kong. This rink will be open to the general public for skating, coaching and instruction in the sport of ice skating. It will also host major events from ice shows to international figure skating competitions and ice hockey tournaments.

And we are hiring – Officer – Marketing & Membership

    • Assist the Director of Hospitality Marketing and Membership in marketing and membership management of Auberge Hospitality assets including Auberge Discovery Bay Hotel, Discovery Bay Recreation Club, Club Siena, Discovery Bay Golf Club, prioritizing Lantau Yacht Club
    • Assist in implementing marketing strategies and coordinating events & PR plans
    • Assist in membership recruitment
    • Handle member enquiries, requests and complaints
    • Establish and maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders
    • Maintain member database and prepare membership report
    • Provide MarCom support by preparing and managing e-newsletters, direct email, PR, websites, social media, Apps
    • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

    • Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, and experience in customer service is a plus
    • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
    • Familiar with CMS, social media, web analytics and production of marketing materials
    • Independent and attention to detail
    • Resourceful and proactive in solving problems
    • Proficient in MS Packages (Word/ Excel / PowerPoint)
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
