Events Service Supervisor / Captain (Audio & Video) (Ref: ADBHK/ESS/C(AV)/W)

Responsibilities:
    • Supervise end-to-end events service operations such as but not limited to conferences, meetings, weddings, and social events.
    • Coordinate with clients, internal departments, and events teams to confirm events requirements and ensure service standards are met.
    • Conduct the briefing sessions with events staff, seasonal support team and casual staff to ensure events schedules are followed.
    • Ensure consistency in quality of food & beverage and standard of service. Uphold health, safety, and security guidelines during all events activities.
    • Manage guest requests promptly and escalate issues as needed to maintain service excellence.
    • Ensure appropriate Audio & Video setup, including microphones, speakers, sound systems, projectors, screens, LED/display systems, and basic troubleshooting.

Requirements:
    • Certificate or above in hospitality is preferred.
    • Minimum 3 years of events services working experience or equivalent, preferable with experience in hotel banquets, luxury catering.
    • Advantageous in the knowledge of Audio & Video systems.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure with a focus on immediate client satisfaction.
    • Good supervisory skills to drive teamwork.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on events schedules.

    Less experiences will be considered as Events Service Captain.
