Associate Manager – Leasing (Ref: CSL/AML/W)

Reporting to the Senior Executive Manager as to lead the office leasing team to implement the leasing strategy and plan to ensure the smooth execution.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage office leasing function and coordinate marketing related activities; monitor the leasing parameters, including income receivables, vacancy, trend and rental level
    • Undertake leasing negotiation and build good relationship with existing and potential tenants
    • Conduct market research and analyze market trends and compile various reports
    • Perform ad-hoc assignment as required
    Requirements:
    • Degree holder in Business, Real Estates, Marketing, Communication or any related discipline
    • Minimum 5 years relevant leasing experience gained from property developers, of which 3 years should be at supervisory level
    • Familiar with the tenancy administration and have extensive business network with property agencies
    • Self-motivated, result-oriented and a good team player with excellent negotiation, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in computer knowledge/ operations
    • Good Command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
    Work Location: Tsuen Wan
